At SPV, we offer you two carriers to meet your expectations as a demanding vapers: Planzer and Swiss Post!
You'll receive your orders the next day if you place your order before 1pm, with an impeccable service and without paying exorbitant transport costs. What's more, you'll be able to plan all your deliveries so that you receive them according to the opening hours of your shop/kiosk, and all against signature for added security!
NB: Saturday delivery will be maintained with Swiss Post.
Shipping
Your order will be ship the same day as you place it if it's done before 1pm*. Otherwise, it will be sent the next day.
Delivery time
For an order placed before 1pm* of the shipment day, the normal time of delivery is 24 hours. So, you will receive it the next day. D+1
For an order placed after 1pm*, the normal time of delivery will be 48h. D+2
After the validation and the shipment of your order, you will receive a tracking number by mail and/or by logging into your SPV account.
Your packet will be delivered to the delivery address indicated during the order and may be different of your invoice adress.
Warning: shipments days are monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday and friday. There is no shipment the saturday (except with the saturday delivery option) and the sunday and also all the french holidays.
With Swiss ProVape and Swiss Post you can also choose to receive your order on Saturday.
This option is accessible from Thursdays at 12 pm until Fridays at 12 pm within the order history in the section "Shipping Method".
Beyond this period, the option is not available.
The shipping costs are free if your order amount is above CHF300 otherwise you will be charged CHF9,9.
If you have chosen the option "Saturday delivery", additional shipping costs of 2.76 CHF will apply.
It simple: there is no customs fees. No charge will be asked at your order delivery as all our pakets are shipping since Switzerland since the law changement about the nicotine
After receiving an order, you have 14 calendar days to return it (right to retract) but the shipment fees will be on you.
Each return must be accompanied by the form that you can download on this page.
A refund or exchange may take up to 30 days.
